Larry Hoffrogge, a Mankato native, has been in the development and home building business since June of 1999. He is attentive with every detail of your home building experience.
Hoffrogge Development Co. builds single-family and twin homes priced from $150,000.00 to $750,000.00 and up and is currently building in the developments of Ezra Estates in Mankato, Minnesota. Larry is also a member of the Minnesota River Builders Association and the Chamber of Commerce.

We consolidate and itemize all project costs from all subcontractors. Upon payment, you will receive complete documentation verifying the satisfaction of all contracts. Of course, Hoffrogge Development also simplifies payment and provides assurance of clear home ownership.
